   Traditional family farm
The farm is situated in the rolling countryside of South Devon, close to Dartmoor and approximately 4 miles from the resorts Torquay, Paignton & Brixham.

  Permanent pasture
A small unit of only fifty acres the farm is all down to permanent pasture.  Twenty acres of grassland are cut twice a year to produce quality hay and haylage for sale to the Equine market

  Pedigree Livestock
This small acreage of land supports a pure breed flock of Devon Closewool sheep consisting of approximately forty breeding females, a small herd of pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle and new to the farm from late 2005 the beginnings of a flock of pedigree Texel sheep. The farm also has a quantity of chickens who provide numerous eggs for the Bed & Breakfast plus other local businesses and homes.

All produce is available for sale direct to the public to maintain the supply of quality farm food at an affordable price.
